HRILG 

The Hampton Roads Industry Liaison Group (HRILG) was formed with the desire to establish a clear and open line of communication between the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and other regulatory agencies in the Hampton Roads Virginia area.

Our Purpose

• To provide a forum for communication between companies with affirmative action (AA) obligations and the OFCCP.
• Develop and sponsor programs to enhance the AA/EEO postures of participating member companies.
• Assist member companies in using good faith efforts.
• To bring industries and regulatory agencies together to discuss mutual goals.
