Our members represent a diverse cross-section of Hampton Roads employers, offering a unique opportunity to learn from perspectives outside your own organization. This cross-industry exchange strengthens decision-making and broadens your understanding of the regional workforce.

Our Mission

To provide leadership, networking, communication, and education to members in establishing and supporting standards of excellence in equal employment opportunity programs and affirmative action compliance.

We promote Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity by working closely with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and state and local related administrative agencies:

  1. To provide a forum for communication between companies with affirmative action obligations and the OFCCP.

  2. To develop and sponsor programs to enhance the AA/EEO postures of participating member companies.

  3. To assist member companies in using good faith efforts.

  4. To bring industries and the OFCCP together to discuss mutual goals.
